Russian blogger “Rybar” claims that 60% of Ukrainian long-range strike UAVs are launched without a warhead.
Their purpose is to saturate Russian air defenses and force them to engage, because decoy UAVs cannot be distinguished from armed ones.

The “FT-1” (Flying Target-1) UAV by the Ukrainian company Unmanned Technologies was originally developed for training air defense systems.
It has also been used as a decoy to distract and saturate Russian air defenses when accompanying long-range strike UAVs like the FP-1.

Here's a list of the fuel shortage news I gathered over the last 2 days. Yes. Just 2.
Chelyabinsk, June 10th, 50 liter limit on gasoline and 100 liter limit on Diesel.
Kemerovo, June 11th GazpromNeft gas stations - no gasoline Ai-92. TNK gas stations - no diesel.
Khabarovsk, June 11th in the remote regions of Sovetskaya Gavan and Vanino there is no Ai-95 gasoline, huge queues for Ai-92.
Volgograd, June 11th, at Rosneft gas stations in Mamaev kurgan there's no Ai-95 gasoline.
Ulyanovsk, June 12th, independent gas station chains are selling only diesel and natural gas. Tatneft has a 20 liter limit.
Amur, June 11th, the Oktyabrsky village has no fuel of any kind, and also has no food delivered, the issue is more the bad roads than the fuel shortage.
Saraov, June 11th, the local branch of the Communist party is saying that there are 20 liter limits at gas stations and will investigate.
Astrakhan, June 12th, some EktoOil gas stations are completely out of gasoline.
Chuvashia, June 12th, 20 liter limits of gasoline, 40 of diesel for cars and LCVs and 200 for diesel for trucks at Tatneft.
Buryatia, June 11th, refueling canisters is forbidden.

Kaluga, June 11th, in the Ulyanovo district public transport isn't working because the gas station they refuel at is out of fuel.
Kursk, June 12th, gas stations in Kursk have imposed limits, some as low as 10 liters of gasoline and others have stopped working due to lack of fuel.
Tatarstan, June 12th, Tatneft gas stations in Kazan have introduced limits of 20 liters of gasoline or have outright closed down because of a lack of fuel.
