⚡️BREAKING: Freed photojournalist Shadi Abu Sido, kidnapped on March 18, 2024, during Israel’s raid on Al-Shifa Medical Complex, spoke after nearly 20 months in captivity, expressing shock at global silence. “For two years I was starved, I went in starving and came out starving,” he said. “They hung our bodies day and night, naked, abused and insulted us. They told us, ‘We killed your children. Gaza is gone.’” Translation: @translatingpal

Yeah yeah, the journalists are Hamas. The journalists are Hamas, the hospitals are Hamas, the UN is Hamas, the peace activists are Hamas, the demonstrations are Hamas, telling the truth is Hamas, human empathy is Hamas, objective reality is Hamas. It's all Hamas.
🎯STRUCK: Hamas terrorist Anas Al-Sharif, who posed as an Al Jazeera journalist Al-Sharif was the head of a Hamas terrorist cell and advanced rocket attacks on Israeli civilians and IDF troops. Intelligence and documents from Gaza, including rosters, terrorist training lists and salary records, prove he was a Hamas operative integrated into Al Jazeera. A press badge isn’t a shield for terrorism.

This is my will and my final message. If these words reach you, know that Israel has succeeded in killing me and silencing my voice. First, peace be upon you and Allah’s mercy and blessings. Allah knows I gave every effort and all my strength to be a support and a voice for my people, ever since I opened my eyes to life in the alleys and streets of the Jabalia refugee camp. My hope was that Allah would extend my life so I could return with my family and loved ones to our original town of occupied Asqalan (Al-Majdal). But Allah’s will came first, and His decree is final. I have lived through pain in all its details, tasted suffering and loss many times, yet I never once hesitated to convey the truth as it is, without distortion or falsification—so that Allah may bear witness against those who stayed silent, those who accepted our killing, those who choked our breath, and whose hearts were unmoved by the scattered remains of our children and women, doing nothing to stop the massacre that our people have faced for more than a year and a half. I entrust you with Palestine—the jewel in the crown of the Muslim world, the heartbeat of every free person in this world. I entrust you with its people, with its wronged and innocent children who never had the time to dream or live in safety and peace. Their pure bodies were crushed under thousands of tons of Israeli bombs and missiles, torn apart and scattered across the walls. I urge you not to let chains silence you, nor borders restrain you. Be bridges toward the liberation of the land and its people, until the sun of dignity and freedom rises over our stolen homeland. I entrust you to take care of my family. I entrust you with my beloved daughter Sham, the light of my eyes, whom I never got the chance to watch grow up as I had dreamed. I entrust you with my dear son Salah, whom I had wished to support and accompany through life until he grew strong enough to carry my burden and continue the mission. I entrust you with my beloved mother, whose blessed prayers brought me to where I am, whose supplications were my fortress and whose light guided my path. I pray that Allah grants her strength and rewards her on my behalf with the best of rewards. I also entrust you with my lifelong companion, my beloved wife, Umm Salah (Bayan), from whom the war separated me for many long days and months. Yet she remained faithful to our bond, steadfast as the trunk of an olive tree that does not bend—patient, trusting in Allah, and carrying the responsibility in my absence with all her strength and faith. I urge you to stand by them, to be their support after Allah Almighty. If I die, I die steadfast upon my principles. I testify before Allah that I am content with His decree, certain of meeting Him, and assured that what is with Allah is better and everlasting. O Allah, accept me among the martyrs, forgive my past and future sins, and make my blood a light that illuminates the path of freedom for my people and my family. Forgive me if I have fallen short, and pray for me with mercy, for I kept my promise and never changed or betrayed it. Do not forget Gaza… And do not forget me in your sincere prayers for forgiveness and acceptance. Anas Jamal Al-Sharif 06.04.2025 This is what our beloved Anas requested to be published upon his martyrdom.

Strange to think that this evening in 2013 was our very last before everything changed. We were blissfully unaware of the brain cancer journey that lay ahead Charlotte. Charlotte was just a teenager when the headaches began. By our fourth appointment, she sat across from the GP and said, "I think I have a brain tumour." She was dismissed again. We were told she’d be referred to a migraine clinic  with a six-month waiting list. We were told to buy over-the-counter migraine relief. That evening, she was in severe head and shoulder pain. I told her to rest. But during the night, she became so agitated, I called NHS Direct. They were concerned about meningitis and sent an ambulance. In hospital, a doctor again dismissed her symptoms as migraines and handed her a tablet, insisting it would work immediately. She vomited the pill up almost instantly. Still, we were discharged at 5 a.m. Still, no scan. No urgency. No belief in her voice. Charlotte was right. She did have a brain tumour. We cannot change what happened to Charlotte. But we can raise awareness & funding. Please RT TY charlottesbag.com/

“I ain’t draft dodging. I ain’t burning no flag. I ain’t running to Canada. I’m staying right here. You want to send me to jail? Fine, you go right ahead. I’ve been in jail for 400 years. I could be there for 4 or 5 more, but I ain’t going no 10,000 miles to help murder and kill other poor people. If I want to die, I’ll die right here, right now, fightin’ you, if I want to die. You my enemy, not no Chinese, no Vietcong, no Japanese. You my opposer when I want freedom. You my opposer when I want justice. You my opposer when I want equality. Want me to go somewhere and fight for you? You won’t even stand up for me right here in America, for my rights and my religious beliefs. You won’t even stand up for my right here at home. “ - Muhammad Ali | #MuhammadAli

Re the precious libellists in the BBC claiming this result will “have a chilling effect on future reporting”. Ask Trevor Birney and Barry McCaffrey. Homes raided, computers seized, both arrested by the PSNI. That was intended to have A CHILLING EFFECT.

My mother shops on her own now. She's done that for nine years. She used to shop with me but now I've gone my mother says no one can take my place. The last time we shopped together was 2.1.2016 my mother made a diary entry. Today, though I didn’t realise it, was the last time I went into Brighton with Charlotte when she could still stand. She clung to me, her walking so poor.  We visited her beloved Chanel makeup counter. She bought a powder compact she never even got to use. We only spent an hour in town, but I treasure it more than words can say. That night, she said to me, 'I can't go on like this. I am so scared'. Three days later I was paralysed down my right side and 53 days later I died aged 19 years 5 days. I didn't know it was my 19th birthday. I was in a coma. I died from a terminal brain tumour called glioblastoma. In the end it took away my mobility, my speech and my vision was always doubled. If you would like to see me and learn about living with a brain tumour look at my YouTube channel Charlotte Eades I've told my story there. My mothers dips in and out daily so she can still see me. My life with glioblastoma was dying to live, living to die.  My brother and my mother work closely with Kings' College Hospital, London, and the team who research in the lab named after me. They also have a charity in my name. My mum and brother self fund this small charity, as they feel it's very important that 100% of donations go to research. To date, they have raised £316k.  If you could donate, that would be amazing. If not, a retweet would be much appreciated. With thanks from my mother, Alex, and my brother, Miles (who is now an only child). charlottesbag.com/
