I’m going to say something that needs to be said. The epidemic of people, in public places like coffee shops and airplanes, taking a phone call on speaker or watching a video without headphones is out of control. We need to shame this behavior better.

Hi @IrishRail - I'm on the train from Dublin to Sligo. Is there a polite way for me to ask somebody to put on earphones or stop playing music through their phone for everyone to hear? Or is it possible to build in a polite notice in train announcements?
