Today those RVs are still there AND NOW there's another Rv camper that's joined them- a brown Winnebago SuperChief. There's evidence of an encampment in the woods across from the RVs. There's evidence of new encampments all over South Bellevue. In Newport Hills there are car campers setting up in Ringdall MS parking lot & in the ROW outside the Ringdall track. They throw their garbage all over. There's evidence that additional car campers are taking up position in the public ROW of Newport Hills' residential streets behind Ringdall, including on my street directly outside my garage.
