Wild idea: How about we respect our country enough to stop accepting gym memberships as voter ID registration? Real election integrity starts with basic standards

One of the most useful parts of my site: I’ve built detailed pages for Seattle’s top condo buildings with pricing history, building details, neighborhood context, and buyer demand insights. If you own in a building like Insignia, Escala, Spire, 1521, First Light, Four Seasons, Cristalla, or Enso, this is where smart seller strategy starts. jeffreynoldsseattle.com

Is it just me or did Codex make a huge leap in speed of build compared to Claude Code?

Bidding wars are back in San Francisco.....why? Look at the stability from the Mayor. Law and order, less drugs, less dealers, less crime. More of a focus on building community. Treating homeless by focusing on mental health and drug use. @MayorofSeattle you paying attention? This is what success looks like.

Washington went from a top 10 business state in 2017 to 45th today. This isn't about politics. It is about the reality of our current economic policies. As a 24 year real estate veteran, here is a breakdown of what Washingtonians need to consider to save our state. 🧵👇

I stand behind real leaders like @weheartseattle She is on the front lines and believes in common-sense. Change is coming to Seattle. No longer will we watch @MayorofSeattle and @GovBobFerguson deploy failed strategies with our tax dollars.
Man suffering through opioid withdrawal on the streets of Seattle. He already has housing. The system isn’t failing because of a lack of beds , it’s failing because we refuse to address the root causes of addiction instead of just treating the symptoms. When we measure the wrong things, we get the wrong results. Time to stop wasting taxpayer dollars. @GovBobFerguson @MayorofSeattle

If Pratt wins in LA, everyone will be watching Seattle. Seattle residents have had terrible policy leadership. Change is coming. Too many business leaders are fed up. The ones that are staying are going to make the most noise. The tail is no longer wagging the dog. @MayorofSeattle @GovBobFerguson are on notice. Change is coming and common sense will be the focus in the next 24 months.

Washington just passed its first income tax in nearly 100 years. Most Seattle wealth advisors are not telling clients what it means. Here's the 2026 WA tax stack and what it actually costs to live, earn, sell, and die here vs. Tennessee or Arizona. A thread. 🧵

WHY I'M POSTING THIS. I'm a Seattle and Eastside real estate advisor. Not a CPA. Not an estate attorney. But I noticed something: my clients are making the biggest financial decisions of their lives without anyone integrating the picture. So I built a board of advisors who actually live in this stuff. Stay or go, you should know the math.

If you are inside 24 months of a major liquidity event, estate transition, or move decision and you do not have a quarterback for the cross-functional conversation, DM me. I will introduce you to the right people on my board for your situation. Not advice. Just the math, the team, and the calendar.
