Good news, I finally see usage data in my app. Now @octopusenergyDE just needs to switch my contract to Intelligent Go.

The team of @octopusenergyDE is really trying it's best, but sadly my SmartMeter still isn't reconfigured to provide the usage data :( So no news here. It's now nearly a year since I'm at Octopus and I still don't have a working iMS.

Thanks to Alex I now know where the issue is and that the meter is properly registered. Sadly @OctopusEnergy itself does not respond to DMs anymore and I still don't have any ETA on a fix. I'm sad 😔

It's now another week where I got promised a solution from @OctopusEnergy and @octopusenergyDE and didn't get one. DMs are left without answer. What is going on?

Now nearly a year passed since I signed my @octopusenergyDE @OctopusEnergy Intelligent Go contract. And still I don't have working SmartMeter because Octopus doesn't register the installed one at my local grid operator. This is unbelievable bad, and I don't even know what to say.
