Veterans Day honors the sacrifices of those who have served or who are serving in our armed forces in the United States. It is celebrated on November 11th, marking the armistice that ended WWI in 1918 and it became a national holiday in 1938.

Tomorrow is the day for the @WI_Guard Food Drive to benefit the @nbc15_madison Share Your Holidays campaign! Bring non-perishable food to the @AlliantECenter parking lot tomorrow from 7 am - 6 pm. Donations also accepted at Sun Prairie West High School from 8 am - 4 pm.
