In Autumn 2024, I made a qualifying protected disclosure to @educationgovuk and @Ofstednews. Both subsequently confirmed my whistleblower status and thanked me for the information, noting in January 2025 that it had informed aspects of their inspection activity. 1/3

Is this an acknowledgement that it is nothing to do with the children, and associated behaviours, but is instead to do with class size?
Perhaps a few challenging children are not the issue when talking about exclusions, etc, perhaps it is funding!

We need to stop letting the vendors write the manual.
If you sell or provide the qualification, you shouldn't set the policy.
It is a basic conflict of interest that would be illegal in procurement.
Why is it allowed in policy?

BUT, we must stop pretending it is the ceiling.
Chartered is a different level of assurance, let the ISBL course & other entry accountancy courses be the proud entry pointβnot the final destination. Aim higher. π
