🚨UPDATE : Not only may Keir Starmers social media ban be in breach of Article 8 it may now also be in breach of Article 10 of the ECHR. And yes the ECHRs rights extends to children.
🚨 BREAKING : Could Keir Starmer’s under-16 social media ban breach Article 8 of the ECHR? Some people have claimed that the ban will directly breach privacy laws/rights that come from the European Convention on Human Rights.

This censorship law is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. The real goal is to enable the UK government to track everyone.
It’s important to know that the social media ban for under 16s is not a ban for under 16s. It is a ban on *selected* social media for EVERYONE. Until you identify yourself.

Looking forward to seeing the sunset.. Yet, more often than not, all we see now are chemically covered skies as the sun sets It's certainly a terrible situation, especially as it's just getting worse and not even the most remote places are free from this chemical onslaught now.. Many thanks to Project Sky Archive for this video

Factory bosses prepare to shift jobs abroad as ‘patience runs out’ 'A quarter of the UK’s manufacturing base is threatening to shift operations overseas, and more than one in four fear they could run out of cash in the next 12 months if ministers don’t do more to temper soaring [energy] costs.' telegraph.co.uk/business/202…

🇬🇧 The UK wants to ban TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, X, YouTube social features, Reddit, Threads, Twitch, Kick for under-16s because they’re “dangerous to kids.” But Bluesky, the platform overrun with groomers, CSAM reports, violent threats and open extremism, gets a free pass?! This has nothing to do with child protection. It's nothing but selective censorship dressed up as safety. Disgusting! Source: The Guardian / Writer: Oliver
🇬🇧 In the next two weeks, Keir Starmer reportedly wants to announce a ban on UK kids using social media Technology Secretary Liz Kendall said new measures for under-16s would be introduced by the end of 2026, but as Starmer faces a potential leadership challenge, the window to push his agenda is closing He vowed "decisive" action that must be a "game-changer," and that the government would move "very, very quickly" Shame he's not moving very, very quickly on things that cause real harm, like knife crime Source: Guardian

10 June: Canada tables an under-16 social media ban age checks for everyone. Five days later, Starmer announces the same for Britain. Same policy. Same timing. Same “safety” language. Coincidence - or another piece of the global censorship agenda?
