The team has been actively reviewing feedback, running additional tests across different environments, and continuing to improve both hardware and software performance. Weβd like to take this opportunity to share some updates on the most commonly discussed topics.
About Shipping & Tracking
We understand many backers are eager to receive tracking updates. Our logistics process uses consolidated international shipping. Packages are first shipped in batches to destination countries, then handed over to local delivery partners after customs clearance. This approach also helps backers avoid unexpected import duties and additional customs-related fees in certain regions.
In many cases, once the local carrier generates the final tracking number, delivery happens within just a few days. Because this local handover process is very short, tracking information may not always be updated in our system before delivery is already in progress.
We are continuing to work closely with our logistics partners to improve tracking transparency and overall delivery visibility.
About Base Auto Shutoff Time
The drying base is currently designed with a 10-hour automatic shutoff timer. Under normal conditions, this is generally sufficient for drying while maintaining a comfortable temperature of around 40Β°C.
We chose a low-power USB design and moderate temperature to balance drying performance, user comfort in different seasons, and long-term material safety. However, weβve observed that in high humidity or rainy environments, 10 hours may not always be enough for complete drying. We are continuing to evaluate feedback and testing further optimizations.
App Updates & AI Motion Recognition
Weβve also received helpful feedback regarding video recognition behavior and motion response in the app. These insights are very valuable in helping us understand how different users prefer different types of experience tuning.
We are currently preparing the next version of the app, which will include improved behavior options based on community feedback. The current mode focuses on smoother synchronization through AI interpretation and rhythm prediction. The new optional mode will prioritize stroke completion and stronger physical feedback based on recognition results, even if it slightly reduces rhythm precision in some cases. We believe offering these options will provide a better and more flexible experience overall.
Web Video Sync Feature (Beta Status)
We have received several inquiries from backers and reviewers regarding the Web Video Sync functionality. We want to clarify that this feature is currently in its Beta testing phase. While it offers an exciting way to sync the device directly from your browser, the complexity of interacting with various web environments and third-party video platforms means you might occasionally encounter bugs or compatibility limitations. Our development team is actively collecting data and refining the code to expand compatibility and improve overall stability in upcoming updates. We appreciate your patience as we continue to polish this web-based experience.
Bluetooth Connectivity
Some users, especially on PC setups with certain Bluetooth adapters, may experience intermittent connection instability. In most cases, this is related to Bluetooth signal quality and environmental interference rather than a hardware issue.
Factors such as distance, PC Bluetooth module quality, or obstruction from the computer case can all affect performance. For the most stable experience, we recommend using the mobile app when possible, or using a higher quality USB Bluetooth dongle for PC connections. We are also continuing to improve connection stability through ongoing software optimization.
