Smite 2 is legit just cringe ganks/strats and early game ganks. Miss smite 1 where it wasn't this shit for 2 years straight, deadass horrible game direction and balance.

Biggest issue imo is party game god and mechanics, shit like horrendous aspects, Aladdin, bushes and 1 relic system!
I am aware smite 1 had issues and snowball too, but smite 2's overall package incentivizes people to play like rats.

Is there a science behind why smite 2 is like infinitely more buggy than smite 1? Like it's insane to have comp when game breaking bugs happen every other game, we're almost 2 years into this game being playable.

Smite 1 used to have a cycle of 2 big patches a year and the in-between times would be to fix them, whereas in smite 2, it's every 2-3 months, so by the time that the meta starts to feel nice and playable for a week or two, they drop another dogshit patch.

Merc 3 and the fact that junglers can use abilities like Susano pull/Achilles stun mid blink is just so dogshit lmao.
0 counterplay to those unless they're in front of you or in the case of Merc dash, you win a coin flip.

Anyone who thinks there is rampant cheating in smite 2 competitive is a completely worthless moron and is seething with embarrassment when they lose to better players. If you complain about cheating in smite 2 competitive I can promise you you are not good enough for it to matter
