How many A&E patients wait more than 12 hours between a decision to admit them to hospital and actually being admitted?
In August 2010, England's NHS recorded one case of this. Not 100, not 1,000. Just one.
In December 2022, it was 54,532.

In addition to causing horrendous skin wounds (below) #xylaxine is not reversible with naloxone (narcan) leading to challenges with bystander and prehospital care.

In Philadelphia, it is in nearly 100%.

➡️ Aim to compress the chest a depth of 2 inches w/ each push
➡️ Allow complete chest recoil before the next compression

Last night I captured an incredibly difficult shot: ISS transiting the moon, while gently kissing Tycho crater as it flies by at 5 miles per second. That crater is 53 miles wide, so while the station almost looks like it's orbiting the moon it's actually 1000x closer to us.

Work gave us a new branded water bottle. I am covering it with insurgent stickers (more to come) and will take some quiet glee in taking it to the Meet and Discuss meetings with VPs and management.
