My thanks to Fr. Kevin McBrien at Sacred Heart in #Glendale for reaching out to my Middle Village Office on a downed tree at their property. A huge thank you to the Queens Parks Department for having the tree removed before Sacred Heart’s graduation Friday.
This past weekend, I had the pleasure of partnering again with Sherry Algredo, Chair of CB9, on our 4th annual Autism & Developmental Disabilities Walk & Resource Fair, held in South Richmond Hill’s Smokey Oval Park.
This past weekend, I had the honor of presenting Senate Citations to the recent Eagle Scouts of Troop 96 at a ceremony held at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church Hall in Forest Hills. Congratulations to Peter Grande, Christopher Wong and Julian Hayes Diaz!
Wishing a happy Pride Month to all who celebrate. It’s a time to recognize the resilience and contributions of the LGBTQ community and reaffirm a commitment to respectfully treating one another with dignity and kindness.
Be prepared for the next storm or flash flooding event - available at my Woodhaven Office (84-16 Jamaica Avenue) and the Middle Village Office (66-85 73rd Place)
ARMED FORCES DAY - MAY 16, 2026
On this Armed Forces Day, we honor and thank the brave, dedicated men and women who serve our country with courage and sacrifice. Your commitment to protecting our freedoms is truly appreciated. Happy Armed Forces Day to all our veterans.
My “Java With Joe” events give me an opportunity to speak one on one with my constituents, such as w my latest one at the Atlantic Diner in #SouthRichmondHill.
