The Frisbie Senior Center is welcoming local residents to take part in a holiday meal on Christmas Day. If you'd like to share in the celebration, RSVP by Dec. 18 by calling 847-768-5944.
Christmas Luncheon. Frisbie Senior Center. Wednesday, December 25 at 12:30 p.m. For most of us, the holidays are a time of joy and a chance to be with our families. But, for many area seniors, the season can be filled with loneliness. Since 2002, the Frisbie Senior Center has hosted traditional Christmas dinner on December 25 for anyone who needs a family of friends. Last year, over 100 individuals benefited from our annual holiday meal. This year, we are looking forward to continuing the support to whomever is in need of sharing and the joys of the holiday season. So if you’re looking for a place to celebrate on Christmas Day or just want a nice holiday meal, the Frisbie Senior Center is here to help! Come celebrate the holiday with us where you will be served a delicious catered meal. This event is open to the public. Although it is free of charge, we do ask you to consider making a donation to offset meal cost. Reservations are required by December 18 by calling 847-768-5944.
