An Act to amend the Financial Administration Act and to make consequential amendments to other Acts (debt forgiveness registry)
Private Member’s Bill C-230 would amend the Financial Administration Act to require the President of the Treasury Board to establish and maintain a public registry of large debts and obligations owed by certain entities to His Majesty — as well as claims against such entities — that have been remitted, forgiven, written off or waived.
The bill also would make consequential amendments to other acts.

Senator Pierre Moreau’s Public Bill S-219 would designate January 11 every year as Judicial Independence Day.

Government Bill C-33 would grant the sum of $11 billion ($11,127,236,516) towards defraying charges and expenses of the federal public administration for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027 that are not otherwise provided for.
Appropriation acts are the means through which expenditures are authorized to pay for certain government programs and services.

Protecting Victims Act
Government Bill C-16 would make widespread amendments to various acts related to criminal and correctional matters, including sexual violence, gender-based violence, intimate partner violence, and child sexual abuse and exploitation.
The acts that would be amended include the Criminal Code, Youth Criminal Justice Act, the Canadian Victims Bill of Rights, the National Defence Act and the Firearms Act, among others.

Government Bill C-11 would amend provisions of the National Defence Act related to the military justice system, in response to two reports prepared for the Minister of National Defence that examined and proposed reforms to different aspects of the system.
Among other things, the bill would remove the Canadian Armed Forces’ authority to investigate an offence under the Criminal Code, alleged to have been committed in Canada, that is of a sexual nature or committed for a sexual purpose.
Bill C-11 would also make related amendments to the Criminal Code.
