I thought to myself: how impressive is that. He founded hashicorp years ago and it's had widespread adoption throughout the Cloud-native space. Surely it's time to relax and focus on philanthropy. How on earth does he have the time to continue building whilst juggling Hashicorp

Turns out he made the decision to go from Founder -> CEO -> CTO -> Engineer. @mitchellh loves building and realized that these new roles didn't accommodate time to build.
He decided to become an engineer again in the same company he founded. Truly captivating!
