Excited to see what the next two days has to offer #HSJpatientsafety. #MarthasRule. Great opening from @ShaunLintern. Cuts should not mean compromise in safety! Working together needs to be key to efficiencies @SepsisSuzi @ClaireITUMatron

It’s patient safety day, sepsis recognition and the work we are doing is absolutely patient safety related. It’s an honour to join forces with our patient safety team during my job. #WorldPatientSafetyDay #rcht #HSJpatientsafety

Every 3.5 seconds, someone in the world dies of sepsis. In the UK as many as 48,000 people lose their lives to sepsis every year. More than breast, bowel & prostate cancer combined. I'll never comprehend the speed that sepsis can take someone away. #WorldSepsisDay #JustAsk
