Told wait time was 3 minutes and then cut off after 20 mins waiting. Twice!

Attending A&E to get my toe x-rayed. Asked face to face for my sexual orientation. How relevant is this to my clinical care? And it take 6 minutes for the nurse to fill out the diversity form! #wrongfocus
