Attending A&E to get my toe x-rayed. Asked face to face for my sexual orientation. How relevant is this to my clinical care? And it take 6 minutes for the nurse to fill out the diversity form! #wrongfocus

your CC couldn't get through by phone and they can't see the store order system and couldn't see if the product was in stock
