For the second straight season, Knights baseball is Class AA Region 1 champions after blanking Weir, 11-0, in 5. Win sends CCHS to the state tourney, which opens two weeks from today. Knights have now won 21 in a row & are 27-4 on the season.

Knights well represented at OVAC Banquet where special awards & more than $60K in scholarships are presented. Principal Becky Sancomb accepted the Scholar-Ath Award for 2nd straight year. Erin Maxwell was a scholarship recipient Mel Stephens & Todd Cover were finalists for COY

Want to express our condolences and extend prayers to the family and friends of former Wheeling Park baseball coach Stevie Myers, who passed away today after battling an illness. A great baseball coach but more importantly, by all accounts, a great person and father.
