Female police officers should never be expected to search men who say they are women.
We’re in court on 16th June, standing up for officers whose forces think unlawful searches can be allowed “by consent”.
Will you support our legal challenge?

There’s a real problem here which is partly ‘our’ fault. Journalists simply haven’t challenged enough this activist idea that rejecting the Code can change the law. They haven’t sufficiently factchecked transactivist MPs, and have even contributed to this Code-led belief by stressing (constantly) the importance of waiting for the Code. Some have even ‘waited for the Code’ themselves in building their own policies.
Of course the National doesn’t explain in this piece either
‘The guidance bans transgender women from using female toilets, changing facilities and sports teams, and transgender men from the male facilities’
It’s wishful thinking on a spectacular scale.
‘More than 15k people write to MPs calling for EHRC trans guidance to be scrapped’

A majority of people of all ages and political shades prefer single-sex toilets.
So why do more than 100 MPs want to reject official guidance that will support single-sex spaces, services and sports?

NEW: Poll shows that the vast majority of people prefer straightforward single-sex facilities in workplaces and public spaces.
This varies little by age or voting pattern. Politicians who prevaricate over the Supreme Court judgment are out of step with the public.
Sex Matters commissioned an independent, nationally representative poll. We asked:
“For each of the following, do you prefer them to be single sex or mixed sex?”
“The ideology is the fundamental problem.”
Dr Louise Irvine speaks to @DerryBanShee about “gender care” and @CanSG_org’s upcoming conference, Rethinking Youth Gender Medicine, on 5th and 6th July.

“Either the signatories don’t understand the difference between law and statutory guidance, or they are knowingly indulging in virtue signalling. Neither is impressive.”

Concerns about Brighton's WellBN GP surgery were first raised with the NHS in 2020 and the GMC in 2021. Today, in 2026, an independent investigation delivered its highly critical verdict. Gender-distressed children have been failed by the NHS again 👇newstatesman.com/politics/he…
120 MPs have signed a motion calling for the @EHRC code to be rejected.
The code does not make law; it simply explains how to follow the law. Service providers need clarity, not more misinformation.
Could you spare a few minutes to email your MP?

Find out if your MP signed the motion, and write to ask them why they support a move that will harm human rights and is not supported by most voters.
If your MP did not sign, write to them now to thank them and urge them to stand firm.
It is good news that WellBN will no longer be able to dole out dangerous medication to minors.
Vulnerable patients need support and counselling, not harmful medical interventions that leave them with serious side-effects and may shorten their lives.

Our Chair: “The Lib Dems have taken women for granted for too long. Voters deserve a straight, explicit answer: do the Liberal Democrats believe women have a right to single-sex spaces based on their biological sex, or not?” Thank you @Daniel_J_Martintelegraph.co.uk/politics/202…
More than 100 academics have urged the University of Oxford to reinstate a lecture series that was cancelled after protests from trans activists.
In the letter, published in The Times on Thursday, they wrote: “It appears that the university proctors authorised and facilitated protests inside the lecture theatre and did nothing to remove miscreants."

This from the @EHRC is just not good enough.
How are users of the guidance to know to look up this "clarification" note.
And it is still misleading.
Organisations collect and share data on the sex of their customers all the time. It's not sensitive or special purpose data.
And the fact that a man is inappropriately trying to go into the women's toilets doesn't make his sex sensitive data.
