Hands down, the most high-leverage productivity change I’ve ever made:
A second iPad, dedicated entirely to ChatGPT.
It sits at my desk open all day, and I brain dump into it via voice memos.
I've created a new folder called "AI Brain" which is broken down into:
Daily Routine: This tracks my daily to-do list and non-negotiables (used in conjunction with calendar for time blocking). I speak to it ALL day via voice-to-text, and ask it to constantly optimise my task list based on priorities. It's like having a 24/7 personal assistant. Whenever a new task/idea pops up, I log it and it automatically saves. 0 forgetting things anymore.
Other chats:
Calorie Tracker: I enter my calorie inputs outputs weight each day and it creates a table for me, and helps optimise diet/macros based on progress
Tweet Archive: Helps me ideate and refine ideas
Dream Log: Just started doing this as a cool exercise to remember my dreams in the morning
Daily Reflection: Good exercise to wind down and practice mindfulness
Financials: I still use sheets for accounting, but this is great for critical thinking in terms of where to shift budget/optimise

ChatGPT is the best subscription ever. I would literally pay $10k a month for this. The fact it's $25 is a joke.
