It was 9 years yesterday that hubro launched Shadowβs Twitter/X account. We miss him every day. This photo is a few days old, but it seems only right that we start year 10 with our new family member, Augie.

Mom I did some hiking this evening when the sun went away. It was still hot humid so we took it easy, but we walked 3 miles and had a good time.

To make the picnic super fun, something called an ice cream truck came. The kids were all lining up so I did too figuring it was worth a try it worked! I got an orange creamsicle to taste. Itβs really hot today so it was the pawfect cold treat.

The kiddos are starting to practice for the games. I see balls and bubbles and hoops but Iβve been told that today I am going to be something called a spectator so Iβm practicing that to get ready.

After treatums, Mom I took the car through the swishy swashy place. I like it there. The man plays with me with the hose and itβs fun to get all soapy spritzed w/o getting bathed! I look a bit scared here but thatβs only bc I was in pre-yawn mode. π

Despite Mom getting home late last night, she and I were up and out early this morning. Of course we stopped for coffee so I was back on duty at my meet-n-greet spot on the Dunkinβ patio, saying hello and spreading smiles.

Mom came home super late last night. When I woke up and saw her, my eyes got wide, I smiled and went from 0 to CRAZY in 1 second! I did zoomies and waggies, ran in circles and did jumps and I gave her kissies, too. Do you think she knows how much I missed her?
