Whilst I agree on ethical / philosophical principles that access to primary care should be facilitated... ...it's a tough sell to insist private businesses with >$2million payrolls, with average full-time GP incones >$300k shouldn't be taxed like everyone else. 🤔 #medtwitter

We do need to work this out together. Patients shouldn’t be worse off under this measure. Pharmacists should not be worse off. The health system should not be worse off.

Any significant change like this needs to consider implementation. The PBAC does not do that. That is for government to do. Consultation is vital in any decision so significant.
