Anyone here a nested lab champ?
Tunnels between hosts and edges are down, host to host is fine, same edge to edge. MTU all checks out, packets are routable/not frwgmentedand.
Captures on the edge, nested host and outer host, show BFD, the down tunnels go init/down.

For those following on.
I rebuilt the environment, re-ran all the connectivity checks.
This time when creating the AVNs in SDDC Manager, I paid attention! I'm pretty sure last time I created them with 9k mtu, they were probably fragmenting. 1600 works like a charm....

Update: Interesting, doing more PCAPs, I only see BFD control messages from edges to edges and hosts to hosts on the relevant host vmnics, PCAPs on the vmk's of the host s how BFD control messages outbound to Edge TEPs, running the cap vmnic those BFD messages no longer appear..
