🚨 An Open Letter to Ruturaj Gaikwad, Stephen Fleming and Ravichandran Ashwin. @ChennaiIPL I’ve backed this team with everything I have. I’ve defended Ruturaj more than anyone. But right now, these guys are ruining CSK. I’m watching our team fall apart because of Ego, Stubbornness and Blind Loyalty to the wrong decisions. There are 5 core problems with CSK - • Ruturaj batting at 3 messing the top order • Playing Ashwin & Mukesh over Kamboj and an extra batter (Bedi/Tripathi) • Shambolic fielding game after game • Below par on-field captaincy decisions, bowling changes & fielding setups • A fragile middle order weakened further by poor selection The only good thing is all of these are fixable. But only if egos are dropped, mistakes are acknowledged and CSK chooses courage over comfort. To Ruturaj Gaikwad @Ruutu1331 You are a phenomenal player and I love you. But coming @ 3 is hurting the team. There’s no reason to complicate it. Open the innings. Lead from the front. Drop the ego and just be the best Ruturaj for the team. This one call can fix our top order instantly. As for your on-field captaincy, it has been shocking. If Jadeja and Noor aren’t completing their overs, something’s wrong. Your core 3 bowlers Noor, Pathirana, Khaleel must bowl full 12 overs. Trust them. Trust Jaddu. Also, do you even talk to your bowlers before setting the field? It looks like a communication breakdown every single match. Fix this, turn things around and prove us that you’re the right man to lead this franchise in the future. Or Resign. To Stephen Fleming @SPFleming7 You are turning the greatest IPL franchise into a mockery by being stubborn & arrogant. Stop acting like the game hasn’t moved forward. The tactical blunder of dropping a batter for Mukesh? Not subbing out Conway early? These aren’t just errors. They’re repeated, avoidable mistakes. Kamboj must play. We’ve seen enough of Mukesh. Even if Kamboj fails, it can’t be worse. And, have the balls to drop Ashwin and play Tripathi or give Vansh Bedi a go. At least show us you give a damn about our future.
