Reading reviews a/b doctors in my area, the dr.s are great & the receptionists are terrible. I work as a receptionist 2x a week & it's my goal to make sure everyone has a great experience. People are seeing a doctor because they aren't at their best. Don't make it worse.

For a few months now I see an elderly gentleman walk by my house every morning. I work beside the window & earlier last month he spotted me. A few days later he was walking by and we made eye contact so I waved. This has gone on for a few weeks.... today he waved back.
