Despite the early starts, heat and humidity (not to mention the hills) seriously tested my levels of fitness and endurance.

I’ve been close-ish to reaching 200km in a single month a number of times but consistently 15-20km short. This month I dug a little deeper, extended a handful of runs, and managed to break the 200km mark for the first time. 💥
