Iโm struggling to understand how teaching post 16 qualifications in a school is worth more than teaching the exact same qualifications and more in a college when we are all public sector.
We need to put respect for ALL teachers at the heart of the education and skills system.

We know you tried hard on this one & thought that the principle of fair treatment for FE teachers had been fought and won last year but what next David - this is so unfair, unexpected, unexplainable, unjustified & unnecessarily impactful on FECs as we return to the public sector

You do know that in a few weeks' time there will be no level 3 qualifications in many areas such as electrical installation - skills on which the economy depends. The T Levels which replace these quals aren't adequate.
"There are more than a third of vacancies which employers are saying to us could be filled if there were sufficient skilled people in order to fill them."
