Ruling of note today out of Maricopa County, where a judge rebuffed an effort by the county GOP to block the use of voting systems that it claimed weren't following state law re: protecting access passwords (county disputed that) -- judge said it was filed way too late and taking action now could cause "extraordinary" problems
