Love being busy being a teacher. 2 students this wk already have asked 'Why do you like being a teacher?' It's great!! Teaching is so rewarding - the maths bit of course, but also just learning from each other about all sorts. Young people don't get enough credit, they're super!

I love starting algebra with 10
minutes on the “history of algebra.” The development of formal algebra over time always fascinates the students and eliminates any negativity towards the topic.. no “why do we need to learn this..?” from the learners ☺️ #mathschat

Do any of you work with teachers who love maths as they see it as black & white, no interpretation - and teach it in the same way? Good news - we've found that these teachers can become the biggest advocates for creativity & multiplicity, when they meet it, they fall in love!❤️🙂
