Someone challenged the constitutionality of the LPA’s provision that Attorneys with less than 3 years post admission experience cannot appear in the High Courts, the SCA and the CC. The Pretoria High Court ruled in their favour and has referred it to the Constitutional Court 🙆🏽♂️🙆🏽♂️
