Today we updated the information on our @GolddiggerTrust Guide entry.
They run courses, classes, events, and a wellbeing café for secondary school ages people to help build the confidence and skills to develop positive mental health and make good choices.
.@kaleido_arts have spaces on both their Drama for Wellbeing, and Dance for Wellbeing courses this autumn.

We added a new service to the Guide today. Strut Safe is a volunteer-operated and non-judgemental support line intended for anyone concerned about making a journey alone. They keep you company while you’re travelling from one point to another.
