60 days ago @HotDropApp launched. Competing against Discord, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok borders on stupid. I know that. But HotDrop is working. I think if it disappeared today, people would be genuinely bummed. That means something. I'm trying to make streaming and content creation healthier for creators AND their audiences. HotDrop is real. It’s live, growing, and special. It has incredible potential to fundamentally improve the creator world. I’m looking for a Head of Creator Growth. Someone who can partner and help HotDrop achieve its mission of restoring and preserving creator dignity and identity. This person must be a creator who can own distribution as a real partner with equity. I’m offering an early seat at the table to make an impact and help build and shape what hotdrop is and can become. DMs are open.

If HotDrop fails: information asymmetry and gatekeeping keep eroding creator dignity, and creators keep quitting. Communities stay siloed. The industry stays moved by a handful of people. If HotDrop succeeds: creators get real access to opportunity, growth, and discovery. And they get the collective power to move the industry themselves. I won’t allow @HotDropApp to fail.
