Dr Vahid Seyfoddin finally graduating from lab today after several ceremonies delayed by COVID. His thesis studies provided great new insights into the genetic drivers of glioblastoma.
@ShepherdPeterR's team conducted a study in indigenous peoples of the Pacific islands, examining the role of a genetic variant of CREBRF, known to have an impact on #BMI.
They find that the variant results in lower #myostatin levels.
