It is with a sense of profound and bitter loss to share that Larry Rachleff, longtime conductor of Rice’s symphony and chamber orchestras, passed away on Aug 8 after a long battle with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family.bit.ly/3bLCSEr

The Shepherd School is saddened to hear about the passing of Spanish architect Ricardo Rofill who designed Alice Pratt Brown Hall (completed in 1991). Mr. Rofill passed away at age 82.
