I don't think there's anything stating you have to keep physical copies of the report for very long. I'm sure they had them at some point but the reports in question are almost 10 years old or older. Rockingham should have them but Page shouldn't need to do their job for them.

For too long women have been the victims of systemic erasure. Liberals are actively working against women by refusing to simply acknowledge there are two sexes -- male and female. If Gov. Stein truly cares about protecting women and minors in North Carolina, he will sign House Bill 805.

Educational freedom was a hard-won fight in NC. Like @realDonaldTrump, I will never stop fighting for universal school choice.
Gov. Stein’s egregious veto of a bill supporting school choice and charter schools will be overridden in the Senate. Unfortunately, Sam Page opposes the historic school choice reforms we’ve implemented.
He’d side with Gov. Stein and education bureaucrats on school choice. I side with President Trump and North Carolina families. #ncpol
