We see many hacks of large projects due to insecure stale logic, off-chain misconfigs, flawed OpSec and governance failures.

🚨 Another On-Chain Exploit
@Raydium legacy AMM V3 pools (deprecated since 2021) were drained for ~$1.34M.
Assets affected include USDC, RAY and SOL across 5 pools.
The vulnerability stemmed from a flawed validation. The code did not properly verify the LP mint address.

- Caching the balance of ERC-20 tokens for gas efficiency breaks your logic if the token rebases.
