Sonic Lost World 3DS's Lightning Wisp should genuinely be how the Homing Attack functions from here on out.
Zipping through the enemies like a grapple hookshot, carrying directional momentum, and even letting you cancel that mid-zip with good double jump timing, it's AWESOME.

Chaos Island in Sonic Frontiers is unironically my favorite island in the game, the terrain's bumpy vertical variance mixed with the chasms and split islands allows you to take such unbelievably fun and freeform shortcuts with the great controls, so fun

Really liked Spyro 1 but not 2 or 3, however the gameplay snippet implies to me that flight-based exploration is a focus which is REALLY exciting.
Visuals and esp music are also great from the trailer. Def keeping my eye on this.

I can't lie I think y'all are too quick to doompost about the sonic anniversary, the month JUST started and we know frontiers definitive edition is around the corner (and maybe a potential sonic central)

Been a minute since my last Sonic clipfarming
It's so funny how most of Sonic Lost World 3DS has terrible 2D levels, but then Frozen Factory out of nowhere is fantastic. There is ALWAYS a way to keep your flow up, and the fantastic speedy controls truly shine here.

I totally get how people like him can enjoy them at a higher skill level, but actually getting to that point is far more demotivating and tiresome than the regular tracks since they're so homogenized

Part of me wants to replay Sonic Superstars to see if I've been too harsh on it
The other part of me knows I've replayed the game 3 times already, done Time Attack, and still haven't found the game to be very good. Also that I'd have to replay the 4 minute long Fang autoscroller

Mighty Gunvolt Burst is a REALLY good Classic Mega Man styled game, with a satisfying scoring and ranking system, tons of crossover characters, and sick weapon customization (the triple dash and burst shot I have are INSANE)

People don't get that this is exactly how Ubisoft wants you to think, they're holding a franchise hostage and telling you "give us your money and MAYBE we'll make a new game!"
But this gives them no reason to make a new game, they're taking your money regardless!
If y'all want Rayman 4 as bad as you say you do then you better support this and not shove it away just because it's a remaster
This is ubisoft testing to see if they should even invest in rayman again and they're pretty strict so LOCK IN FELLAS!!!

If Legends Retold does not look worth it to you, if you already have your fill from owning OG Legends and none of the additions or changes entice you... don't buy it! Supporting a multi-billion dollar company for a hypothetical is NOT worth it, ya gotta let go of that attachment.

I'll go further: Rayman has had a VERY fulfilling life. 5 main games, all being well liked and the latter 2 being rightfully beloved.
This goes for any dormant franchise: I get wanting a new game, I'd love one too, but we should also enjoy what's there and look beyond the series
