For borderlands GOTY there is a glitch, it involves the vault so you have to beat it, after you beat it go to any of the 4 DLC areas exit to main menu enter back in and fast travel back to the vault and the chest that contains a gearbox legendary you can open and repeat to farm

It will be the same level as you, so if your level 25 it will be level 25 if the level 25 gets it
