How is this ok Etsy support?

For anyone wondering. It was finally resolved this morning. A month an a half of her business income gone "for her protection" an absolute betrayal from @Etsy. You systems need to be changed

What they were already aiming for. The brail knights are a community of blind TTRPG players, where the entire is based on books, dice rolls, and imagination.
Make those books available to the blind. We live in a digital age where that doesn't mean a separate book being printed
