This is how to cook egusi soup with lumps like our grandmothers did🤌🤌
Put your meat, pomo, stock fish in the pit.
Add seasoning and water.
Allow to boil till cooked.
Add palm oil and pepper.
Then mix in a bowl the egusi, okpei, crayfish and little meat stock.
Then use your hand and make the mixture into balls and gently drop into the boiling meat stock.
