Things change fast during the recruiting cycle.
In November, you had no offer from a school.
In December, they’re suddenly texting you nonstop and begging you to visit.
Why? 🤔
Because the recruits higher on their board took other offers.
In November, you had an offer.
In December, it’s gone.
Why? 🤔
Because players started committing. Programs always offer more kids than they have spots. They have to or they won’t fill their class.
Is it fair?
If the staff is transparent, then yes.
But remember: this is a competitive business, for everyone involved.
Coaches juggle hundreds of recruits, and their boards shift every single week.
Don’t take it personally, understand the process.
