The distillers duo …. In our Shortcross Distiller’s Duo we combine our Single Pot Still and Single Malt Irish whiskies together. The malt lends the green orchard fruit & honeyed cereal notes, while the pot still amplifies this giving a rich and full bodied whiskey 🥃

Found a (surprising, for me) winner with the @RademonEstate Shortcross Rye and Malt. The best of the influence without overpowering the malt. Well met, lads. Sláinte!
