אם במקרה סבתא שלכם התחתנה בברגן בלזן, מישהו מחפש אותה...
Searching for people who were married between 1946 and 1948 at the Bergen Belsen Displaced Person's camp.
Survivors Ludwig Friedman married Lilly Lax in a dress sewn from a Luftwaffe parachute. After their wedding the dress was lent to at least 17 other brides - all survivors of the holocaust. Today the dress is on display at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.
A Motion Picture based on the actual events is currently in production. The film is called The Wedding Dress, and the Producers of the film would like to honor these couples by including photos of anyone who wed in this very special dress in the closing credits of the film.
If you believe a family member may have worn Lilly Friedman's dress, please contact the producers at db@ema.la.
