And @IKEAUK@IKEAUKSupport that nice detailed email I sent outlining the catalogue of problems in your service for which one of your nice agents promised a response within 72hrs… could you respond to that this year? Or pop round when you collect that new oven that doesn’t work?
I mean at the very least @IKEAUK@IKEAUKSupport please please please collect that faulty oven that you delivered at some point this year or maybe tell me a day you’re going to come and then actually come…?
