THEORY: American Horror Story Season 13 will be set in an apartment building with 13 floors, with each episode focusing on one character on one floor (hence the 13-short episode structure). The final episodes will take place on the top floor, the PENTHOUSE, featuring the owner of the building and the cause of all the mayhem, Jessica Lange, with all the characters from episodes 1–12 coming together to meet her for ultimate bloodbath. This could explain Ariana’s limited role, as well as the actors’ scheduling conflicts.
