#HQPlayerEmbedded 6.0.1. Use old MD5 digest with Apple WebKit browsers, since WebKit doesn't support SHA256. Remember to reset the web interface credentials to enable access with Safari or from iOS devices! Make more settings available on web interface on macOS and Windows. Update to CUDA 13.3 (Nvidia driver >=610 recommended). Enhanced library scanning log output when corrupted content is encountered. Fixes for web interface issues. Fedora support moved to Fedora 44.

After 28 years of development and three years since release of version 5, it is time for HQPlayer version 6. New in-house UPnP 2.0 AV stack providing more flexibility for the functionality across wider range of hardware and OS platforms. New set of source content cleanup filters. Just as an example of new features #HQPlayerDesktop has gained UPnP Renderer support and #HQPlayerEmbedded has gained support for macOS and Windows.
