I rarely submit content early. Why? Because I believe in using every minute to refine and perfect my work. As a teacher and principal, I celebrated students who meticulously checked their work, aimed for 100%, and never settled. That mindset put my students and school in the top 1% of the state for 8 consecutive years—and it’s the same mindset I bring to my work today. 100% doesn’t just happen. It comes from catching mistakes, refining, and circling back with fresh eyes. It’s about effort, discipline, and refusing to turn in anything less than my best.
