The people rose in response to their whims and caprices, in encouraging bad leaders and bad governance for personal agrandissement.

Apart from my current workload, l try to stay away from X as much as possible to avoid heart attack. It's crazy to still see Nigerians, l mean young, intelligent, and supposedly enterprising Nigerians defending their political oppressors and trolling and making fun of those who demand that our leaders be held accountable.

I chuckle when I think of how Africans, especially Nigerians are willing to walk through fire just to travel and earn money to take care of fit relatives. People are passing through Libya so they can get to Europe and start sending money back home. Nobody is worth that amount of stress. It’s better to find a job in Nigeria than risk your life to go earn money for relatives. It feels like a curse.

If you supported Peter Obi because he’s Igbo, that’s your own cup of tea. Me I supported the best man for the job. The most physically and mentally fit. The man without any case of corruption. The man with the desperation to see Nigeria work. The man who went on and beyond, identifying issues in governance and providing solutions. The man who will not plunge the whole country into untold hardship without cushioning effect. The man who will not have 105 convoy of exotic cars. The man who will not take “hangers on” to climate change summit. The one who will listen actively and engage citizens. The one who will not drown our Naira in the Red Sea. The man criminals detest so much. The man whom criminals will not be proud to operate in his regime. The Oga kpata kpata of cutting cost of governance. The man who was impeached for doing the right thing, went to court and came back Victorious. Carry your Emilokan mentality and disappear from my very before.

I have never seen anyone say that no Igbos are suffering. There’s poverty everywhere but not everyone is suffering. On the other hand, people shouldn’t stop living their lives because of the present state of the country. When have Nigerians not gone through a lot? A liter of fuel went from N45 to N1,000 in less than 17 years and people endured it. In fact, it jumped from 300 to 650 in 24 hours and no one told those who could afford it to stop buying it. A bag of rice jumped in that manner and people carried on like nothing is happening. I don’t see any outrage! If people are going through a lot let their actions show! Let them take it to the goverment not get angry at those who didn’t cause the hardship! You can’t sit in a soapy pool and complain of soap in your eyes when all you have to do is stand up and rinse it! N145 million people can’t succumb to the hardship caused by a few. Lastly, sympathy won’t put food on the table. Whether I take pity on people or not, it won’t solve their problems.
