Update on CBD power outages

For anyone who is querying the primary source of this & even want to verify . I was standing, left of the north stairs, below the grass mound where media were - in the crowd. It’s exactly what I heard & saw from that position. That’s what you’ve always got from my feed in 15yrs
Applause drowned out a chorus of boos during the welcome to country at Melbourne’s Shrine of Remembrance.

Professor Margaret Gardner’s yearly ANZAC address is underway, during the acknowledgements which noted First Nations community and their welcome, the Victorian Governor met the moment brilliantly and increased her vocal tambre and resolve to counter another round of boos.
The Governor’s address has been quite powerful this year, juxtaposing the events in and around WWII, and the service of women at Monterey, just down the hill from the shrine, where intelligence workers, predominately women kept their secret pact, some ‘til they were aged 97.
Please give what you can today to this amazing cause, close to my family’s hearts.

But when you find yourself having to fight against your own team, it becomes impossible to put those interests first."
